Beautiful villa tastefully decorated and ideally located in the private property, located just 5 minutes walk from the center of Saint Tropez.

The 2-storey villa consists of 6 double rooms and one room for children.

Ground floor:
Entrance hall, 4 double bedrooms, all with private bathroom (shower or bath and toilet), television and access to the garden. A small room with 2 bunk beds for children.
A living room with television and kitchen overlooking the pool area.

First floor :
A large living room and dining room opening onto 2 terraces and with a beautiful view of the sea. The terrace is ideal for breakfast in the morning sun. The front terrace has wonderful sea views and is partially covered.
The kitchen is very well equipped and has direct access to the terrace and the garden. At this level you will find the master bedroom with bathroom and TV and a second bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Outside you will find the swimming pool (heated) surrounded by sun loungers, a dining table and barbecue. The garden is very well maintained with a beautiful lawn.
