This beautiful holiday home is close to some of the most beautiful villages in the southern French countryside, with the glitz and glamor of the French Riviera within easy reach.

In a private and quiet setting, with views over the surrounding countryside to the Esterel Massif, immerse yourself in the relaxing atmosphere of this traditional house. After being greeted with chilled rosé in the fridge upon arrival, you can sit under the shade of the pine trees in the outdoor lounge to listen to the birdsong and enjoy the views of the valleys and vineyards.

Inside, an effort has been made to replicate this calming atmosphere in the comfortable living room, the well-equipped kitchen, the five charming bedrooms spread over two floors as well as the new bathrooms. The owner's attention to detail is reflected in the books, games and small toys in this cozy accommodation. A DVD player, Netflix and Bose sound system add to the family atmosphere. Egyptian cotton towels and even Turkish pool towels are other examples of the attention to detail.

The Provençal gardens are magnificent with stone steps and spacious terraces richly surrounded by olive trees, herbs, jasmine and lavender. You can dine al fresco on the pretty terrace which offers magnificent views. Via the staircase, you access the pool house with summer kitchen, pizza oven and barbecue. Hot summer days are a delight at the saltwater pool, while lounging on the lounge chairs to relax in the water.

Fayence is only 3 km away; in the morning, have a coffee in a cozy café or in the evening, have dinner in one of the many excellent restaurants. The local market is lovely and a good way to buy all kinds of local produce or visit the charming village shops. The medieval village of Seillans is nearby, with its steep, winding streets, picturesque squares and fountains, it is considered one of the "Most Beautiful Villages" in France. The idyllic Tourrettes and Montauroux or Grasse and St Paul de Vence, located a little further away, are also worth a visit.

Lake Saint-Cassien is ideal for lovely walks and water sports and the Côte d'Azur with the beaches of Cannes, Saint-Raphaël and Théoule-sur-Mer is easy to reach. Golf enthusiasts have a wide choice of several beautiful golf courses in the region.
La Colline Du Soleil offers a multitude of indelible experiences in this magnificent region of southern Provence and the French Riviera.

To know...
The first floor is accessible by a narrow spiral staircase. There are also exterior stairs that lead to the first floor via the master bedroom.
Apart from the stairs leading to the swimming pool and the pool house, the beautiful terraces of the living room and dining room are on the same level as the house.
