Large building of over 350 m² nestled in the middle of 2 hectares of scrubland, this villa offers the authentic charm of a Provencal farmhouse with a contemporary interior decoration completely redesigned with all modern comforts and high-end services. The farmhouse is located just 1 minute from the mythical village of Ramatuelle and 5 minutes from the emblematic beach of Pampelonne. After passing the entrance overlooked by three majestic Moooi chandeliers, the cathedral lounge opens onto 80 m² of absolute comfort.
Large spaces, noble materials and numerous openings to the outside, the cathedral lounge is a haven of peace and tranquility where guests can enjoy a stay in complete privacy. The Villa offers eight bedrooms, two of which have an independent entrance into the first part of the building. The eight bedrooms offer optimal comfort with a flat-screen TV and international channels, a bathroom (bath for the master) and private toilets, a dressing room, a safe and all the charm of a Provencal farmhouse with natural terracotta on the ground. All beds are configurable as twin.
The master bedroom measures over 30 m² and has a fireplace, a bathtub and a private terrace. On the ground, it is the Burgundy stone that is the honor. A huge professional kitchen with clean lines and fully equipped sits at the heart of the villa. There are no less than 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers including a professional, 1 built-in wine cellar and a hob and plancha that make up the kitchen, a real essential place for moments of sharing. Away from the living rooms, the home cinema offers all the comforts to enjoy a film session projected on a 75-inch screen. Designed to accommodate 16 people in comfortable sofas and armchairs, the home cinema lounge promises moments of sharing with family or friends. The home cinema is equipped with a Playstation, satellite subscriptions to international channels and a video library. In the first part of the building, the gym of more than 20 m² is fully equipped with professional equipment: bike, rower, concept 2 dumbbells, yoga mats and flat screen TV. All the patio doors of the Villa are like paintings that open to the outside. The 12 × 6-meter swimming pool is heated, and, further on in the shade of a two-thousand-year-old olive tree and pines, the pool lounge is nestled in a green and flowery setting.
