The villa consists of an entrée hall, a living room with fireplace, a spacious dining room next to the fully equipped kitchen. In front of the kitchen is a covered terrace with BBQ.

On the ground floor are 2 double bed rooms and each has an en-suite bath room. On the first floor are 2 bed rooms with their private bath room and in front of the bed rooms is a large balcony with sea view. In the garden is a studio with double bed and a bathroom.

The swimming pool (heated) is surrounded by lounge chairs.
