The villa is a beautiful, modern, and spacious 450m² house with exceptional views of the Caribbean Sea. Surrounded by a large garden, a 300m² teak terrace with a large infinity pool, and four lovely bedrooms, it is the perfect place for a family or friends' vacation. Located on the Caribbean coast of the island, you will be close to beaches and restaurants, and you can enjoy the unforgettable spectacle of the sunset on the terrace every evening.

Accommodation
This is a modern and spacious villa that has been recently renovated and tastefully decorated. The two master bedrooms are very large and can comfortably accommodate a king-size bed. Three of the four bedrooms open onto the terrace through sliding glass doors, providing direct access to the pool. The fourth bedroom is a twin room, ideal for children. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Large closets and two spacious dressing rooms in the bedrooms allow you to easily store your belongings. The three bathrooms are attached to the bedrooms, ensuring perfect privacy. The largest bathroom also has a separate entrance.

The pool is large (15m x 5m) and allows for swimming and relaxation. Six sun loungers are arranged all around for your comfort. The villa is spacious and very well suited for remote work, with two terrace tables and a desk in one of the bedrooms. The Wi-Fi is of good quality, and you can dive into the pool between video conferences!

Guest Access
The entire accommodation is at your disposal: the house itself and a large terrace overlooking the garden where the pool is located. You can easily park at the entrance of the villa (3 spaces) in the garden near the door.

Other Remarks
The villa is located in a large private estate of 1 hectare, accessible through an electric gate from the street. A private path leads down to our house below. Until the end of 2024, there will be construction work on the neighboring land behind the villa, at the entrance of the estate, which does not overlook our villa but may cause some noise disturbances. Currently, the work is almost finished, and noise disturbances are rare but possible. Throughout Martinique during the dry season (especially in April and May, which are the driest months), water outages may occur when the city's water reserves are too low. These outages can last from a few hours to a few days. The villa is equipped with a large 2300-liter water tank that can supply water during outages for several days.
