This magnificent T5 duplex apartment is one of the three apartments that make up the villa. It is located on the heights of Anse Mitan in Trois-Îlets, in a quiet residential area, offering a splendid view of the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France. The villa consists of three independent apartments: a T3, a T4, and a T5 Duplex, each with its own private pool.

This superb 200 m² T5 duplex apartment will welcome you, your family, or friends for an unforgettable stay. It features a private infinity pool (8 m x 4 m) from which you’ll never tire of admiring the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort-de-France. The apartment is spread over two levels, offering spacious rooms with refined decor.

On the first level, the vast living area, consisting of a lounge and dining area, opens onto the stunning furnished terrace and the sublime infinity pool, offering an exceptional view. The kitchen is also open to the terrace, with its bar, where you can enjoy a coffee or a ti' punch, always with the Caribbean Sea and the bay of Fort-de-France as your backdrop.

The kitchen is fully equipped: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, Senseo coffee machine, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

On this same level, you’ll find a master suite with an air-conditioned bedroom (160 cm bed), a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet, and a separate guest toilet. The bedroom also opens onto the terrace, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful view upon waking.

On the second level, you will find three air-conditioned bedrooms with two bathrooms, including one master suite, as well as a TV area.

The two bedrooms each have a 160 cm bed and storage space. They share a bathroom with a double sink and shower. The toilets are separate.

The master suite has a 160 cm bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet.

The apartment can accommodate 8 guests + 1 or 2 babies.

The apartment is located just a 10-minute walk from Anse Mitan Beach, as well as from the restaurants and shops of the Village Créole, the marina, and the various water sports and tourist activities offered at Pointe du Bout.

The maritime shuttle will take you to Fort-de-France either from the marina or from the Anse Mitan pier. The Trois-Îlets Golf Course is also just 1 km away.
