It also benefits from an enclosed garden of 450 m² with terrace and barbecue and its natural wooden swimming pool.

Mont Boron Park is a short walk away and you can jog or just take a stroll, while having wonderful views stretching from Nice to Monaco. The villa is ideally located near the city center of Nice and its old town with its quaint shops. A supermarket is 300 meters away, 10 minutes from Villefranche sur Mer and St Jean-Cap Ferrat, and 30 minutes from Monaco. Close to beaches and coves according to your preferences.
