The villa is located in a very quiet and well ventilated area of ​​Sainte Luce.

Ideally placed for visiting Martinique and enjoying the superb white sandy beaches of Martinique, less than 5 minutes (3.5 km) from Anse Mabouya, Corps de Garde, Gros raisins, Anse Figuier ... and on the road to Salines. Shops and restaurants are also nearby.

The house is equipped with 4 bedrooms all air conditioned and tastefully decorated:
