Israel Discover a Goat Farm and Dairy and Cheese Making Workshops in the foothills of Jerusalem Mountains.

About Us:
The"Iza Pziza" farm is a family farm and a quiet beautiful corner located at Moshav Tal Shahar, in the foothills of Jerusalem mountains and in the heart of green vineyards and agricultural fields.
The farm includes a goat pen, a dairy, a visitors center and a Deli of cheeses and complementary products for quality meals and picnics.

Things To Do Here:
-Tasting Tour-
You are invited to visit the goat pen -our friendly goats are accustomed to be around people and always happy to receive guests :) After the tour, we will watch a short video in the visitor center and we will taste from our dairy products: a selection of homemade goat cheese and yogurts. (duration: about 40 minutes, price: 30 ILS per person, around 8€)

-Pampering Dairy Meal-
You are also welcome to explore and indulge yourself with a rustic meal made from our quality dairy products that we prepare in the place, accompanied by our special home dips, natural crackers, jam and honey, olive oil and a glass of good wine ...(The price varies depending on the type of the chosen meal )

-Tour & Cheeses Preparation Workshop + Tasting -
In addition to the culinary experience, we also offer a variety of experiential activities through which you will be exposed to their way of life of the goats, the secrets of goat cheese production, and advanced workshops for cheese making for families and small groups.
We will start with a tour in the farm including watching a short video on the world of goats and the cheese preparation process. Each of the participants in the workshop will prepare his own cheese.
The activity is accompanied by explanations of the milk and cheese preparing foundations and learning about the different types of cheeses and the differences between them.
At the end of the activity , delicious dairy products will be served.
The cheese prepared by the participants themselves, will be taken home, along with recipes. (duration : about 1.5-2 hours, price: 80 ILS per person, around 20€)

We have different tours and activities from 30 to 80 ILS Per person.
