The apartment is situated directly across the road from the magnificent Blue Flag beaches of Umhlanga. This fully equipped, luxury, self catering (vacation rental) apartment offers you lovely sea views from the patio, the main bedroom and living area. The sunrises over the sea are spectacular.

The apartment consists of a lounge, dining area and a fully fitted kitchen. There are three double bedrooms with a main en-suite and a separate bathroom for the other two bedrooms.
The apartment comfortably sleeps six guests with a King size bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in each of the other bedrooms (which can be converted to King size beds on request). Quality linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
Leading off the lounge and main bedroom are sliding doors onto the patio with lovely sea views. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sun rise and listening to the sound of the waves.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped including an under counter oven and hob, microwave oven, washing machine, dryer and dish washer. Alternatively, your laundry and ironing can be done for you at a small additional charge.
Our open plan dining area is the perfect spot to share a delicious meal or spend quality family time. The dining table comfortably seats six people. Sea views can also be enjoyed while having your meal.
FREE high speed internet access is provided in the apartment.
DSTV (satellite TV - select channels) is provided for your enjoyment on a large flat screen TV in the lounge and the main bedroom.
The entire apartment is air conditioned (cooling and heating) and is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays.
Secure undercover parking is provided for your vehicle. A magnificent swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of guests residing. Spend a leisurely day by the pool situated in the lovely gardens.

The apartment is in easy walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and several upmarket restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The facilities on offer are exceptional. There are numerous hotels in the immediate vicinity where children can enjoy ten pin bowling, game arcades etc.

For the water enthusiasts, there is deep sea fishing, dolphin viewing, scuba diving, snorkelling, surfing or just relaxing on the beaches or taking a long leisurely walk or a jog on the 5km beach promenade. There are several world class golf courses in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is a five minute drive from Gateway, (the largest shopping and entertainment centre in the Southern Hemisphere), twenty minute drive from Durban and the International Conference Centre (I. C. C.) Sibaya Casino is only a five minute drive away.
Ushaka Marine World is just a 20 minute drive. Take a ride in the cable car to the top of the Moses Mabhida Stadium (home of the 2010 Football Word Cup) and enjoy spectacular views of Durban and the entire coastline as far as the eye can see.
Hire a segway or a bicycle and ride along the magnificent Durban beach front promenade. (A definite “must” on your things to do)
