The villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac and is filled with an incredible collection of artworks. The entrance hall has a fascinating array of framed paintings, sketches and photographs. It leads into the impressive double volume space of the living room. The open-plan living spaces are designed for comfortable relaxation with the lounge area flowing out to the terrace on one side and into the kitchen and dining space on the other. There is a feature fireplace with a couch that invites one to curl up on chilly winter days with a good book from the library above.

The double volume living room wall is glass from top to bottom, allowing guests to indulge in the breathtaking mountain view. The glass slides right up to allow easy indoor-outdoor flow to the terrace. There is an enclosed games and barbecue room entirely surrounded by glass, making it ideal no matter the weather. The glass all folds right back to let the outdoors in on balmy summer days. Steps from the terrace lead down to the beautiful swimming pool area surrounded by trees.

The comfortable and homely kitchen has a long wooden table and an eclectic chair collection. Meals become a social and interactive affair in this relaxing environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent appliances. There is a separate laundry area.

Glass stairs lead to the level above where the three bedrooms can be found. The master bedroom is spacious with an en-suite bathroom, foldback glass doors leading on to a large balcony and amazing mountain views. The room is furnished with a King-size bed and has a TV and airconditioning. The bathroom has both a bath and a shower. Enjoy a glorious bubble bath in the feature tub with the foldback windows drawing the view in.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen-size bed while the third bedroom is just off the gallery library and has a double bed as well as a single bed. There is also air-conditioning in this third bedroom along with a work station table.
