Un petit paradis, pas loin de la vieille ville ni de la nouvelle ville, dans un quartier très calme. L'ameublement des parties communes et des chambres est très chic, très beau et confortable. Trois chambres ont une petite terrasse donnant sur un très agréable petit jardin. L'accueil est charmant. Tout le personnel est d'un dévouement exceptionnel et se met en quatre pour répondre à toutes vos questions. Il n'y a pas de restaurant sur place mais au moins 4 restaurants à moins de 200m; j'en ai testé trois et ils étaient excellents. Pour revenir à l'hôtel, il s'agit d'un hôtel merveilleux, à un rapport qualité-prix absolument incroyable (La chambre avec terrasse petit déjeuner compris). Inoubliable ! »

In the La Floresta area of Quito we found this beautiful Hotel. This stylish hotel has 10 rooms, 6 on the main floor with an own patio and a beautiful view on the garden. The other rooms are on the first floor. All the rooms are spacious. The ambiance and atmosphere in the hotel is excellent! The staff make you feel at home the moment you enter the hotel. The breakfast is delicious and what is also very good to know the hotel has two fireplaces! Because it can get chilly during the nighttime in Quito. As for us...the next time we visit Quito we defenitely are going to stay in this place again. We loved it! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Tsorg

e trata de un hotel restaurado con un gusto exquisito, en el que si bien el edificio y el servicio son excelentes, lo que sin duda nos marcó, fue la enorme amabilidad de su personal sin excepciones. Las recomendaciones y explicaciones que nos ofrecieron no solamente nos fueron sumamente útiles sino que nos hicieron sentir entre amigos. La ubicación, aunque un poco apartada del centro, no supuso ningun problema para descubrir la ciudad y nos dio la oportunidad de conocer una zona distinta a la más turística. My husband and I stayed for two nights before our Galápagos vacation: the friendly staff and beautiful inn were difficult to leave! While the hotel itself is so colorful and charming--seems like a lovely home, which it was from the 1930s--the staff are what made our time there so perfect. From the manager and registration clerk to the kitchen and serving staff, everyone made us feel special. They clearly wanted us to enjoy our time in Quito and, thus, were very helpful with directions, restaurant choices, and local highlights. The Casa is also conveniently located near excellent restaurants within a short (block and a half) walk. Some of the nicest people we met in Ecuador! DaleCannon West Virginia
