We privide you with two superb apartments.
The lodge is ecological and located outside the small town of Puerto Villamil on Isabela Island in the Galapagos, next to a mangrove area protected by the Ramsar Convention and very close to the lagoon Concha de Perla – a tourist attraction for snorkelling in which you can see tropical fish, sea lions, penguins, rays, marine turtles and over 20 different species of birds.
The two apartments are located in a modern building made of mixed materials. The walls were prefabricated with a combination of stone and cement, the windows and doors were made of certified wood, making all the building mesh perfectly with the environment.
The house has a look-out tower from which you can contemplate the sea and the marvelous landscape and have moments of peace, inspiration and relaxation at the hammock.
The lodge attaches importance to sustainable tourism to protect the island. In addition to the ecological construction we have added solar panels for the illumination of our entire lodge. Over that we have a water purification system with Ozone .
Guests can participate in social life on the island and promote the economy of it by supporting local business.
The lodge is a concept of luxury vacation rental with sustainable principles. Tourism expert and Architect, ecuadorian we both love being close to nature and know from our own experience the expectations and needs of our guests. We speak Spanish, English and some French.

Booking:
Reservations are made with a 60% deposit up to 30 days before the order of service, after this period the total value of the accommodation must be deposited.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the entire stay must be paid to secure the reservation.
Cancellation fees:
-Prior to arrival; 30 days or more - the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of the stay.
- Prior to arrival; Between 29 and 15 days - the cancellation fee is 60% of the total price of the stay.
- Prior to arrival; Between 14 and 0 days - the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of the stay.

«We loved our stay. The location is great, in that it's very close to the port, and only a short (10 minute) walk to the center of town. Also, really close to Concha de Perla, a great snorkeling area. The apartments are very stylish, designed by host's husband. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen was nicely equipped for making your own meals. We managed to cook several meals while we were there, which made a nice change to eating out all the time. I really appreciated the efforts the hosts have made to provide great service but also use solid environmental practices to preserve the island, and the planet we all share. Perhaps the best thing about this lodging, in my opinion, is the very warm welcome our host and her family, extended to us. «Absolutely awesome! Rooms are clean and spacious, place is private, ecological and spectacular - that's exactly what you expect to see in Galapagos, 2 minutes from the port and Concha Perla. nous avons loué l'appartement du haut dans cette magnifique maison d'architecte où tout est pensé ecolo et confort; courant d'air naturel sans clim très agréable, espace pour tous. Parfaitement situé à deux minutes d'une petite plage pleine d'animaux : manchots, lion de mer, otaries et à 15 mns du centre de la petite ville.Nous étions deux couples et ma fille était enceinte. Marianna était aux petits soins et sait tout sur son île. Vraiment un séjour parfait et original qui allie le charme d'un hotel .Marianna est a la réception en face et celui d'un chez soi car on est dans un apprtament grand avec plein de lieux pour se reposer. Très paisible, très cosy dans une ile fantastique. Je recommande le volcan facile mais long oui 20 kms aller et retour et aussi the tunnels, formidable excursion à 50 mns. Attention la mer est toujours mauvaise et je recommande vivement l'avion pour y aller même si cela a un coût. BRAVO aux proprétaires
