Villa is a luxury villa in the Sorrento Peninsula, ideal for those who desire a quiet holiday away from the modern times and noises. This holiday accomodation is composed of three floors, measures around 400 m2, and can host up to fifteen people.  It has beautiful terraces with splendid views, a garden and a relaxing swimming pool.  The holiday villa offers fantastic views of the sea, the Gulf of Naples, Ischia, Procida and part of the island of Capri.  Guests will have access to a reserved parking area beside the house, and other parking spaces are available in a fenced area about 100 metres away. Situated between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno, 9 km from Sorrento and 15 km from Positano, Villa lives at the heart of Massa Lubrense, known because of its famous restaurants and delightful coastline.  The house is part of a historical 17th century residence, and the villa has conserved the original sandstone staircases, frescoes and vaulted ceilings, giving it an unusual, particular old-fashioned air.

DETAILS
On the ground floor guest can meet the large dining room, the small bar area and the professional kitchen. The dining room leads onto the large  terrace, organized with chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas. A music system will offer the host a nice time and relaxing on the terrace and in the pool. The jacuzzi swimming pool (3 m X 6 m) has a special goal, a present of intense and relaxing senses experience.

To reach the first floor, you can also use the lift.

The 7 bedrooms are located on the first and second floors. The double rooms can host a total of fifteen people, and each is equipped with an en suite bathroom, TV with LCD screen, safe, mini-bar and internet connection.
