- Security deposit 1500 US Dollars
- A deposit payment, equal to 60% of the gross rental amount, is required to confirm bookings.
A balance payment, equal to 40% of the gross rental amount is due 30 days prior to arrival or 60 days in case of peak season bookings
- The villa is fully staffed with a villa manager, housekeepers, gardeners and include an experienced Thai chef.
- Guests are met at the airport and escorted to the villa. Two separate airport pick-ups and two airport drop-offs are provided free of charge.

We stayed in this Villa for 5 nights on the recommendation of a friend. We were anticipating that it would be good but it certainly exceeded our expectations. The villa is situated in an excellent location with a fabulous view out to sea. There is a live-in housekeeper and chef who could not have been more helpful and friendly. It is the best Thai food I have ever tasted. We were there to relax so we didn't venture out much but it only takes 10 minutes in a taxi down to Patong if you are in search of some nightlife. All in all, we had a fantastic stay.

To the most amazing people I have ever met, where do I begin… From the moment we stepped foot into this enchanting villa, we were greeted by the most beautiful, friendly, and bubbly staff! Juree, you really have a way with people. You made us feel welcomed and loved from the moment we walked down that stairway. Jan, Wow! What an amazing lady! Her quiet beautiful gentle soul kept this place together at all times and stress free. Your attention to detail is outstanding and an amazing quality to have. I could keep writing about this outstanding experience, although I would run out of descriptive words to use. Thank you so much for making our time so special. We will miss you all dearly and I will make sure that we return soon.
