A floating staircase leads to the pool, Sala and sunbathing day-beds, the pool bar and barbeque area, the AV/theatre room and separate pool/games room, and further garden areas, all with stunning ocean views. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high-spec throughout, with bespoke art-work and high-tech zone-based audio and visual equipment, including satellite TV in three locations.
The top-floor includes a modern fully-equipped western kitchen and breakfast bar
The large swimming pool offers a deep diving area.
The villa has two master suites and four large double bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, roof-fans, en-suite bathrooms, private terraces and spectacular ocean views. Most bedrooms have fold out sofas to offer sleeping options for children.
The villa is located in Choeng Mon, the top East-Northern corner of the island. The Estate is just 10 minutes from the airport.
Beautiful Choeng Mon beach is within walking distance and both the popular Chaweng beach with its shops and nightlife, and Bophut Fisherman's village with its vibrant restaurants, are only a fifteen minutes’ drive away.

- Daily maid service and can on request provide private catering, massage services and other services for guests.
- Security and safety: The Estate is controlled via an electronic barrier and there are two security guards
- Airport transfer included.
- Complimentary continental Breakfast is included in the daily rate for all villas and prepared by the villa staff
- Baby cots and high chairs are provided free of charge on request
Guest benefits;

• Welcome pack (6 small bottles water, bread, butter, jam, milk, tea, coffee, sugar) on arrival
- Chef service is THB 1,500++ per meal. Food cost on guest account (cost + 20% provisioning fee)
- A deposit payment of 60% of the total due will be required upon the confirmation of a reservation
- The balance payment is due no later then 30 days prior to guests arrival and 45 days prior to guests arrival in the X-mas - NY period
- All payments are required to be made by bank transfer net of all charges
- Security deposits may be requested on a case by case basis

The views promised were 100% ture beautifull early morning views,afternoon views from a dream pool were amazing with spectacuar evening views. Heart fell thanks to all the staff PUI, Tong and Nong who made our thailand reunion a memorable one for each and everyone of us. The staff were part of our mmemories having cooking demos, to organizing transportation , advising on tourist destinations, taking photo's to organizing lunches and dinners.
