My husband and I had a fabulous time at Bowen Mountain. The staff were kind and attentive, always calling us by our name. The room was luxurious, large comfortable bed, fireplace, spacious lounge area and balcony and large bath overlooking the trees. The food was excellent and the Chef and wait staff were excellent. They were very knowledgeable about the food and wines and the menu was amazing. We had a very restful and relaxing time. We loved it!! Thanks so much. Margaret K.

We were fortunate spend two wonderful nights . Upon arrival Alicia greeted us with a glass of champagne and she made sure that our glasses were never empty for our entire stay. Alicia is a credit to the resort and provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The food was another highlight of our weekend away. Sam is a wonder in the kitchen and the degustation dinner with bottomless matched wines was an absolute pleasure. The pace of dinner was relaxed which gave you plenty of time to savour the food and sip on your wine. The dining space was intimate but there was still plenty of space between the tables to maintain your privacy. The suite was a wonderfully comfortable place to nest. The weather was clear which meant we could make the most of the beautiful views of Sydney by day and night. There are only sheer curtains on the windows which saw us wake up with the beautiful sunrise. A nice touch were the curtains around the bed that meant you could block the light out and go back to sleep. Breakfast was yet another sumptuous feast with plenty of choices and good coffee. If you need lunch, there are several light options available. We chose the cheese board, served on the deck with a bottle of wine… This brings me to the only negative point about – you have to leave! It is a wonderful place to stay to escape the world and enjoy some luxury for a few days. The only problem is that you won’t ever want to leave… Rod, Sydney, Australia
