Charges and security deposit
The cleaning fee is included in the rental price. The deposit is 1000 € and must be paid 8 days before the date of the stay. It will be refunded within 15 days of your stay.
Charges (water, heating, electricity) and tourist tax must also be paid 8 days before the date of the stay in the form of package:
- Price of the summer package (1 May - 30 September)
- Price of the winter package (1 October - 30 April)
- Tourist tax: 23.00 € / night.
Other costs (garbage cans, wood logs) will be deducted from the deposit:
- Waste bins: 9.00 € / bag.
- Possibility to have logs of wood to light a wood fire in the living room: 8.00 € / box.
Arrival and departure time
- Arrival time: between 16 and 18h.
- Departure time: before 10 am and 6 pm for weekends.
Optional
- WiFi, Internet connection, available in the cottage for 8.00 € / day. Do not forget to tick this option when making your reservation.
Further information
- Bed linen (sheets, duvet covers and pillows) and bath towels.
- Pets not allowed.
- No smoking inside, ashtrays available outside.
- No carpet.
- This house is only for families.
- Non-family group on request, subject to acceptance with increase of the deposit.
- In order to guarantee the quality of the lodging, the organization of student parties, stag / hen parties ... is prohibited.
