- A full refund less $100.00 U.S. administrative fee per room if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival.
- A refund of 50% (less $100.00 U.S. administrative fee) if cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if 45 days or less.
- All credit card and wire transfer refunds carry a 3.5% processing fee.
- If deposit was made in cash or cheque then refund is less US$100.00 only.
- This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation with no exceptions.

SEPTEMBER 05, 2017 + Sharon at the front desk made our domestic flight arrangements and shuttle. The beach was steps from our balcony. The water was warm and clean and the beach went out a long way before dropping off. The waves were gentle.
