- A full refund less $100.00 U.S. administrative fee per room if cancellation is received 60 days prior to arrival.
- A refund of 50% (less $100.00 U.S. administrative fee) if cancellation is received 45 days prior to arrival.
- No refund if 45 days or less.
- All credit card and wire transfer refunds carry a 3.5% processing fee.
- If deposit was made in cash or cheque then refund is less US$100.00 only.
- This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation with no exceptions.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2017 : Everyone at this resort did everything to make sure my stay was wonderful. I had a hard time leaving. - The pillows were too hard for my liking. + The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! The cocktails at The Quarterdeck are some of the best in Placencia.

SEPTEMBER 11, 2017 It was the perfect ending of our long trip. Comfortable on all ends. - We went on the off season so it was a little too quiet... meaning very few people in the resort. + It was nice and quiet. They had some fun activities to do on the property (ex. mini golf, gold carts to rent and great pool).

SEPTEMBER 05, 2017 : Sharon at the front desk made our domestic flight arrangements and shuttle. The beach was steps from our balcony. The water was warm and clean and the beach went out a long way before dropping off. The waves were gentle.
