The apartments are serviced daily with the exception of Sundays and public holidays.
The design of the apartments reflects an easy living holiday atmosphere, whilst incorporating sleek modern finishes with the highest quality detailing and practical layout that encourages flow and utilizes natural light. The view of the heads towards the South West and the lagoon towards the North West was the obvious reason for the orientation and space formation of the structure.
Due to the narrow shape of the site, and the fact that the site backs up against the milk wood forest and mountain, the building was designed longitudinally facing almost due west. The building is split into two wings (north & south) with the circulation core (which includes a modern elevator) and entrance lobby situated centrally. The parking garages and covered parking are all located at ground level with the apartments elevated above, thereby improving the view of all units. Parking has been provided within the development for visitors.
Vehicular access for tenants to the property is gained exclusively through a security boom. A walkway directly in front of the development provides residents with access to the various stunning view points at the Heads.
The Knysna lagoon offers a wide variety of activities to cater for everyone. The sports enthusiast is able to participate in fishing, sailing, yachting, water-skiing, kayaking or windsurfing. Ferries make frequent trips around the lagoon and as sunset turns the water into a shimmering masterpiece it is the perfect time to enjoy a relaxing sundowner.
For the more adventurous, various charter options are available for deep-sea fishing and/or whale-watching trips. Scuba divers can enjoy the scenic Knysna Heads as an unforgettable dive.
Knysna offers some remarkable hiking and horse-riding trails, with breathtaking views in all directions. Spoilt for choice, visitors can choose from forest, fynbos, coastal or mountain trails.
The Knysna Elephant Park offers an opportunity to experience these incredible animals from close range while the nearby Monkeyland gives the family a chance to walk amongst several species in their natural habitat.

- A 60% deposit (of which 35% is not refundable) is required within 48 hours to confirm any reservation.
- The balance of the full amount is due and payable within 30 days of the arrival date.
- In the event of bookings made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date the full amount is due and payable within 48 hours of making a reservation.
Bookings during peak periods (December / January school holidays) :
- A 60% deposit (of which 35% is not refundable) is required within 48 hours to confirm any reservation.
- A further 25% deposit is required within 60 days of the arrival date.
- The balance of the full amount is due and payable within 30 days of the arrival date.
Please be advised that should the full balance not be paid by 30 days prior to the arrival date. We reserve the right after due notification to cancel the booking and in which event the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
The following cancellation terms and conditions will apply to reservations which are cancelled in part or in full as follows;
- 35% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival
- 60% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 30 to 60 days prior to arrival
- 85% of total cost of stay will be withheld if cancelled 8 to 30 days prior to arrival
- 100% of total cost of stay will be withheld if no show or cancelled within 7 days of arrival
- Premature departures will be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
- Check-in time is from 15.00 until 17.00 (3pm to 5pm) unless otherwise arranged and Check out time is before 10.00 on the day of departure.
- Regrettably no pets of any description are permitted.
- That the maximum number of guests occupying an apartment does not exceed the number of guests as booked. Under no circumstances will more than 6 people be permitted to occupy an apartment (this includes children and infants).
- No children or infants under the age of 8 years old
- Regrettably NO SMOKING is permitted in the apartments.
- That all noise levels will be reduced to a minimum after 22.00 (10pm)
- A maximum of 2 vehicles per apartment are permitted within the premises.
- The apartments are serviced (cleaned) daily with the exception of Sunday and public (bank) holidays.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying in a Penthouse in February of 2016. Every window and balcony features fantastic views of The Heads and you can hear the waves breaking a little further out which is very relaxing to listen to. The lodging itself is very luxurious and meticulously maintained. The location, right on The Heads, is incredible in itself - there is also a cozy cafe just across the street! We would love to visit and stay here again.
