This luxurious Golf Lodge in Nottingham Road in the KwaZulu Natal Midlands has all this to offer, with a varied selection of affordable and deluxe accommodation available.
Situated at the hub of the popular Midlands Meander tourism route there is ensured to be a myriad of restaurants, coffee-shops and spas. Diverse shopping and cultural attractions are in the area, as well as numerous sporting opportunities.

This cottage is ideal for families wanting to enjoy the country, with a golf course on their doorstep.
It has four luxurious bedrooms, all en-suite.
The spacious living area is open-plan with a lounge, dining-room and kitchen area.
The enclosed veranda, which has beautiful views over the golf course and Clubhouse, has a comfortable TV lounge with full satellite TV and a wonderful sound system.

The kitchen is fully equipped and all linen and bedding is provided. There is also a large weber for outside braais. Charcoal and firelighters are provided.
The laundry area has a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as a dishwasher. Powdered soaps and dish washing liquids are provided.
The cottage is serviced daily. This includes the washing of dishes, the making of all beds as well as the cleaning of bathrooms.

The Golf course is a 9 hole course, heavily influenced by the old courses of Scotland and some of the courses built in the United States in the early 1900’s, in particular, Merion and Pinehurst.

The following are identified as important elements in classic design:
Tees, which are close to the ground;
Fairway shapes which are dictated to by the natural features of the land;
Push-up greens with interesting run-offs;
Bunkers which are tucked in close to the greens; and
Fairway bunkers which dictate a player’s choice of option from the tee.
This has led to an exciting, traditional course, which is fun for the average golfer, but tough for the low handicapped golfer to post a good score.
