Downstairs is a living room with a sofa that converts to a queen bed and a loveseat decorated with rich brocade fabric in palm tree patterns. The large dining room can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
There is also a recently installed half bathroom on this floor for your convenience.
Outside your door is a charming tropical landscaped courtyard with singing birds.
This unit is so comfortable and special that you might not want to leave it.

A few blocks away at the end of Duval Street is South Beach, with access to ocean swimming and an outdoor restaurant and bar.
If you prefer a quick dip, head to the communal swimming pool or work on your tan in the lush landscaped courtyard right outside your door!
