Beautiful semi-detached house in an exceptional position whose garden borders the beach and has direct and exclusive access to the sea. It is situated in one of the most beautiful areas of the Latium coast, only 3km from Terracina and 13km from Sperlonga away.The house lies in a shaded park with tall trees (palm trees, marine pines and oak trees) and a well-groomed English garden bordering a wide beach, the panoramic terrace and the beach are illuminated also by night and allow its guests to enjoy relaxing dinners directly in the sand or a nightly dip in the sea in complete privacy.The owner (who is only occasionally on the spot) lives in the back part of the mansion, which means that the guests have exclusive use of all the large green areas facing the sea, such as the sea terrace with jacuzzi for 4 people, the large patio with built-in BBQ, large dining table for outdoor dining, parasol, sunbathers and hanging mats, as well as a children's playground.Anglers can fish directly in front of the accommodation and on the first floor there is a terrace with a wonderful sea view.All rooms are air conditioned and in the living area you will find a Wii console, Sky TV and Home Cinema and WiFi up until the beach. In the garden on the back, which is shared with the owners, there is a multi-purpose sports field (volleyball, badminton, soft-ness) illuminated also by night and a large hut with table tennis and table football. In the annex there is a laundry room, a single bedroom (with fan) and a bathroom with shower.The property is halfway between Rome and Naples (about 90 minutes by car). Some distances: Fondi 15 Km; Gaeta 20 Km. From the small port in Terracina you can reach the beautiful islands of Ponza and Palmarola.Free-of-charge outdoor equipment: one handed sailing dinghy "Pico" for two persons, small sailboat with oars or motor for 4 persons, rubber dinghy for 4 persons with outboard motor, two canoes for 2 persons each, a "Pattino" with oars and / or motor.
