Cosy country villa with private swimming-pool and equipped garden at 2 km. from Civita Castellana, immersed in the countryside around Viterbo, between Umbria, Tuscany and the Tuscan Tyrrhenian coast. The villa is divided into two twin parts, which are not internally linked, so that the accommodation is particularly suitable for two families who would like to spend a holiday together but still keeping their privacy. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. At the extreme far end of the garden you will find the owner’s horse stable. The property is situated in an oasis of peace and quietness, you have the possibility to make pleasant walks, bike tours (bikes are at the guests’ disposal) or horse-back riding organized by some nearby riding schools at abt. 4,5 km distance. Otherwise just relax next to the pool or in one of the equipped garden areas. The accommodation is a perfect starting point for interesting excursions: Viterbo (36 km), Rome (58 km), the Bracciano Lake (31 km) or the Lazio seaside at a distance of about 65 km. Cooking classes in the villa possible upon request and to be paid upon the spot.
