The bedrooms on the first floor have private bathrooms. One of the bathrooms even has a hydro-massage-tub. The ground floor comprises of a beautiful and modernly furnished living room, an activity room and a sauna. Spend many happy hours in the refreshing pool, next to the house. In the evening, you can cook delicious food on the barbecue or in the spacious summer kitchen. This beautiful house is perfect for families especially with small children because of the quiet location and many facilities for children. Parents can relax while the children are busy playing. The ancient Pula with its historical and cultural attractions is just 5 minutes away by car and is worth visiting. The last stretch of 100 metres to the house is unpaved.
