This beautiful holiday house is situated in a quiet location of the place Kneze. The western side is surrounded by the greenery and the terraces on the northern side offer a panoramic sea view. The house consists of the first and second floor, as the ground floor is not available yet. The spacious kitchen-living with a bedroom and bathroom are located on the first floor, with entrance onto the covered terrace with sea view. On the second floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior is tasteful and simple, with colourful details and decoration. On the property there is also a swimming pool, barbecue and a small house with a bathroom, available for using at the pool. In just a few minutes' walk reach a beautiful child appropriate pebbled beach. For boat owners or for those who rent a boat there is a berth available. Visit the city of Korcula, with many entertaining and cultural events. Taste delicious specialties in local restaurants. The last approx. 50m access to the house is narrow.
