South Africa Bed and Breakfast Luxury Honeymoon Garden Suite in Greenpoint close to Cape Town City Centre.

We are a luxurious yet affordable Cape Town bed and breakfast establishment, in an exclusive guest house, offering sincere and friendly hospitality. We are in close proximity to the V&A Waterfront, The Table Mountain Cable Car, the City Centre including vibrant Long Street and the famous Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches.

The largest of the rooms at our Guest House is the Honeymoon Suite. The room opens onto the garden, which offers direct access to the street. You can lie in bed looking at the garden while listening to the birds chirping.

Several chandeliers hang from the ceiling which has exposed beams. The room has plenty of lights and has a romantic four poster bed.
The table and chairs on the raised section with balustrades create an intimate dining or working space, and all the furniture in the room is antique.

In the front of the room is a sitting area, that has two large chairs with leather seats and a table, sleeper couch and a teak wardrobe.

The bathroom has a spa bath with a hand shower and an overhead shower. The basin pedestal is solid African mahogany which is complemented by beautiful wall lights. The ceiling and walls were painted by a professional artist featuring Trompe L`Oeil paintings. A top window pane was left clear so that the church steeple is visible in the distance.

The garden is an oasis of peace and tranquillity that has been 34 years in the making. You will find several places to sit and unwind, read a book, or simply enjoy some solitude. The pond has large Koi fish whose spectacular colours reflect the colours of Africa. The garden is lush and the trees are tall, protecting the Koi from predatory birds. The garden attracts numerous feathery friends; look out for Robins, White Eyes, Olive Thrushes, Doves, Lesser Double Collared sunbirds and Weaver birds.

The solar-heated Jacuzzi is hidden in a quiet corner protected by trees and shrubs along a path dotted with scented flowers, ceramic fairies and sparkling lights.

The guest house boasts a relaxing lounge decorated in the style of an English pub. Meet other guests, enjoy good music, conversation and a variety of games.

Breakfast is served from 8.00 to 10.00am in the breakfast room and courtyard. It is a buffet breakfast consisting of cereals, yoghurts, a selection of cheeses and cream cheeses and more.
