you will have direct access to the beach through a tropical garden.
The villa has a swimming pool, a tennis court, a petanque, billiards and pingpong table.
Facing the pool are placed three bungalows of 60 m2 each with bathroom, dressing room, TV, desk and safe.
The main room of 130 m2 with furniture made of beautiful wood, contains a private lounge with TV, WIFI, office, bathroom with bath and shower, a dressing room and a terrace with impressive views garden, beach and ocean.
You will also have two rooms overlooking the garden or the beach, each with its own bathroom and a bungalow of 25 m2 located next to the tennis court, also with its own bathroom.

The neighborhood
It is a quiet residential area with some restaurants where everything is in walking distance.
Cars do not have access to the beach, they are prohibited. Although the area is isolated from the village, in only 10 minutes you can reach the heart of Las Terrenas.
