The Villa is perched oceanfront into the hillside of Puerto Vallarta’s south shore. Marble floors throughout and a grand staircase from the entrance to the main living area highlight the Mediterranean architecture. Enjoy the spectacular views of Los Arcos from the almost every room in the home or from one of the many terraces. Throughout the winter months, from November to April, watch humpback whales from the pool deck as they frolick in the ocean right in front of the villa. Head down to the private, man-made beach complete with wet bar for evening margaritas as you watch the sun set down into the Pacific ocean.
This Villa is located along the south coast of the Bay of Banderas about 15 mins from downtown Puerto Vallarta. Situated ocean front with amazing views of the famous rock formations of Los Arcos, this location has total seclusion and tranquility, while still being a short distance to all the action, restaurants and nightlife that Vallarta has to offer.

Additional information
-For reservations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, a reservation deposit of 60% of total rental fee is due to secure the reservation.
-Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. All reservations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will require a full payment of rental fee at the time of booking. ALL DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received within 5 days of payment due date. An extension may be requested and granted by mutual agreement.
If it is necessary for you to cancel we will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 20% of the original reservation plus any penalties enforced by the homeowner. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 20% cancellation charge plus any penalties enforced by the homeowner. All cancellations must be in writing.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit will be required on all properties.

The Villais a beautiful property that really must be seen to be appreciated in its fullest (although the pictures do a decent job). From the moment you walk in and see the waves crashing against the ocean, you know this will be a special trip. Gorgeous views from the bedrooms, pool, and living area! The villa itself is beautiful designed with many hand-picked pieces of furniture that compliment the style very well. The staff are delightful and did a fantastic job with some of the best in-villa food I have had! You may never want to leave, but if you do it is only a 10 minute walk down to Mismaloya beach or a short cab ride into Old Town. Would stay again in a second!

This was our 3rd trip back to Puerto Vallarta within a year! During our past two visits we stayed at a Conde Nast luxury resort, Garza Blanca and another beautiful villa but this Villa might just be our new favorite! The home is impeccable, definitely designed with luxury in mind. The staff is so very kind and accommodating. They arranged all of our transportation and stocked food and drinks before we had a chance to run out. Every meal was beyond delicious, they were so very generous with the seafood and flavor was just right. The entire company enjoyed the trip and we all keep thinking about the next time, cannot wait to be back!

We have been going to Mexico for the last ten years twice a year. We always stayed at a all-inclusive hotel with 4-5 star rate. This was our first time renting a villa. It was the most relaxing vacation I have ever had. Didn't know what I was missing. So nice just to come out to the patio with a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean view. Usually someone in our party is running to the pool to save us sits, while someone else is trying to get us a table for breakfast. We had the cook service, no other word to describe it fantastic. It was fresh and excellent, we planned ahead what we wanted for our lunch and dinner. The staff were professional and kind. I guess I can't say enough, we enjoyed ourselves so much, we are returning in April
