Situated in Puerto Vallarta’s finest residential gated (and manned 24-7) community on the South Side, the Villa is the landmark estate in this beautiful collection of high quality residences. Expansive and Charming, this old world villa features 10 private suites and 2 kitchens spread over 11,000 square feet of interior space, each suite is fully private from the next separated by wide hallways, soaring ceilings and beautiful artwork and furnishings. The living and dining room open up to expansive terraces complete with a large, salt-water, heated pool overlooking impressive views of the ocean and mountains. This same incredible view can be seen throughout the house and property.
To ensure that our guests enjoy the best possible vacation experience, we have a carefully selected group of staff who have been trained by the best. Every bedroom suite is individually air-conditioned using energy efficient, ecologically friendly equipment. The living-room and dining-room areas open to expansive terraces over-looking the swimming pool (salt water treated) with expansive bay and ocean views. This indoor/outdoor living experience is the perfect combo to allow our guests to truly enjoy the beautiful temperate climate that Puerto Vallarta is so famous for.
In addition to relaxation and retreat, this charming villa is ready to provide plenty of action!! Let our Activities Director arrange private group Yoga classes directly on the premises, complete with our own Yogi. Zip Lining, Bungee Jumping, a Tequila Factory, the Puerto Vallarta zoo, and Snorkeling are all within 5-10 minutes by taxi or boat. Enjoy a leisurely bocci ball game on the bocci court, or partake in a game of volley-ball on our expansive lawn.
If it’s beach you’re looking for, take a leisurely 5 minute stroll to Playas Gemelas—widely acknowledged amongst the locals as the very best swimming beach in the bay. There you can enjoy drinks and snacks served at the private concession available exclusively to owners and guests. You can also rent pretty much any type of water sport device or activity you can imagine. When you’re ready to hit the town, let our staff arrange for a taxi, and in less than 12 minutes you’ll be fine dining, dancing, shopping, and enjoying everything else downtown Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

Additional information
-For reservations made 60 days or more prior to arrival, a reservation deposit of 60% of total rental fee is due to secure the reservation.
-Final payment is due 60 days prior to travel date. All reservations made 60 days or less prior to arrival will require a full payment of rental fee at the time of booking. ALL DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
-Reservations will automatically be cancelled if funds are not received within 5 days of payment due date. An extension may be requested and granted by mutual agreement.
If it is necessary for you to cancel we will attempt to re-rent the villa for the entire period of the original booking. If the property is fully re-rented a refund will be made, less a cancellation charge of 20% of the original reservation plus any penalties enforced by the homeowner. Partial re-rentals or rentals obtained at a lesser rate will be refunded in the amount of the re-rental less a 20% cancellation charge plus any penalties enforced by the homeowner. All cancellations must be in writing.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable security deposit will be required on all properties.

We just returned from our second visit to the Villa. We were so pleased to see the same staff as last year, and experienced the same spectacular service - anything you need is taken care of. Guille is an incredible cook - she makes it look so easy to whip up meals for the 12 of us - authentic Mexican specialties or the fish we caught -it was excellent. Joel the houseman is responsive to every need and makes the best margarita's (and Caesar Salad!) and somehow Naty keeps the villa pristine and the laundry going. Every afternoon we were greeted with fresh salsa, guacamole, and margaritas. Mornings we awoke to fresh squeezed orange juice and a huge breakfast spread. The setting is beautiful; you just don't want to leave. This is a true Mexican villa with endless views across Banderas Bay to the Pacific, expansive and impeccably manicured lawns all amid a peaceful setting. There is so much to do - one of the most beautiful beaches south of PV is steps away. Fishing, kayaking, hiking or just relaxing - it's all available. We will definitely be returning to the Villa - can't wait!

We had an incredible time at the Villa. I am back to work and cannot stop talking about what a great time the whole family had. The house was beautiful and we could not have asked for a better location. The staff was Absolutely WONDERFUL!. Joel the house manager took such good care of us, he was incredible. Anything we needed he was right there to provide, he went way above and beyond any expectations we might have had. Oh! how we loved Guille's meals, she is an incredible cook. Everyone raved about her meals, whatever we requested, regardless if it was on the menu or not . I will miss those meals for a long time. Naty the housekeeper was so sweet and always smiling. Saul the gardener was very respectful when we were outside while he was keeping the grounds beautiful. We definitely plan to return to this awesome home. I will be passing my experience on to whomever I know who may be planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta. We thank all of the staff and appreciate all the hard work they did during out stay!!
