This gorgeous Villa is perched on a hill, sits high above the Bay of Banderas. With unobstructed views of Puerto Vallarta and the Pacific Ocean, you will be perfectly poised for the ultimate tropical holiday. On the deck, there is a large infinity swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, comfortable deck furnishings and a second outdoor living area with built in sofas. Fire up the BBQ and delight in some alfresco dining.

All water in the residence goes through a state-of-the-art water purification and filtration system. Throughout your stay at this Villa, you will be pampered by the house manager and personal spa therapist, in addition to a full time housekeeper. Staff is also available to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. Be sure to book a relaxing in-house massage during your stay.

You will not be disappointed. The Villa also features a media room and Wi-Fi access.

When you step through the oversized wrought iron metal entrance, you are greeted by an internal garden with a two story waterfall, with a landing overlooking the living room. Walk down the dramatic staircase into the open plan living area with two story vaulted brick ceilings, a gourmet stainless steel kitchen, an indoor/outdoor Bose sound system and dining room. Bi-fold oversized doors open the entire living and dining room onto a large deck that wraps around the entire second floor.

Four spacious and immaculate bedrooms, and five and half bathrooms, welcome up to eight fortunate guests. Children twelve and over are welcome. Two additional bedrooms can be reserved in an attached apartment if more space is required.

During the winter and early spring seasons, the bay is visited by whales and dolphins, and other interesting sea creatures.
