Although spacious, this villa was laid out and conceived to be easy to live in with almost everything within easy reach. With a large living area open to the kitchen and the back patio, guests are encouraged to come together to a common area for companionship and pleasure.
Each bedroom was planned to allow the feel of a master suite with his and her sinks and walk in closets and full sliding doors opening to the outdoors.
Decorating is warm, modern, simple and fresh. All sheets are 400 count or more and the kitchen is equipped with commercial appliances and amenities. The dining table indoors seats 8 and outdoors the patio table seats another 8.

Rates do not include cost of food and beverage.
- A deposit of the 60% is required to make a reservation.
- All posted rates and tariffs will be respected once the deposit is made.
- The balance payment must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival.
- A reservation made less than 60 days will require full payment at time of booking.
- If cancelled 60 days before arrival 80% of rate may be refunded.
- If cancellation is within 60 days prior arrival, payments will not be refunded (may be exceptions).
- A rental agreement will be sent at the time of booking.
- A refundable security deposit will be required at time of stay.
- The villa can accommodate 12 people comfortably (maximum 15 people)
Rates subject to 16% VAT and 5% Service Fee.
