This stunning Villa is located just steps from all that is most interesting in Puerto Vallarta, from gourmet restaurants to taco stands, from quaint markets on cobblestone streets to art galleries and upscale boutiques as well as just a short walk to popular Los Muertos Beach and panoramic views. Puerto Vallarta has it all.
The master suite features a fireplace; an open-air bathroom and matrimonial sunken tub with French doors that open to the garden and Jacuzzi terrace with a another guest bedroom off of the terrace with twin beds.. The two other bedrooms are on the entry level with 1 King and 1 Queen bed, all with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. The living, dining, kitchen, sitting area and a spacious big patio are also on the main level.
The level below has one king bedroom with another living room area; kitchen and full bath. The last level has another king bedroom with sitting room. The house comes with a full staff to pamper you on your dream vacation.
The main house rents as 4, 5 or 6 bedrooms, add the 2 Bedroom Casita for a total of 8 Bedrooms. Puerto Vallarta has the perfect climate for outdoor living and the Villa is designed with that in mind, the main living, dining & kitchen flow onto an open concept living area. There top level terrace has an 8 person Jacuzzi and outdoor living, and the spacious pool terrace has plenty of space to enjoy the sun, or hang out with full bath & wet bar.
CASITA: Lower level 3 three levels below Main
The private 2 bedroom casita may be added to make a 6 bedroom villa; however is also full self-contained with full kitchen, spacious living area with flat screen TV and views over the rooftops of the town towards the bay.

Payment Policy (Rates in US Dollars):
Deposit – 60% due within 7 days of reservation – if not received at this time, reservation may be considered cancelled, please ask for extension if needed.
Balance – 40% due 60 days prior to arrival
A Refundable Security deposit is due with payment of balance
*Rates include all local Mexican taxes, daily Staff services (excluding Sundays and Mexican holidays) If arrival/departure is on a Sunday or holiday, staff will be available at no additional charge. Rates do not include airport transfers, cost of Food & Beverages or staff gratuities.
Damages & Responsibility: a security deposit is due with payment of balance. If there are no damages or lost items this will be refunded within 2-3 weeks of departure.
A cancellation received 90 days or less to the arrival date, or any cancellation scheduled over the Christmas/New Year holiday period, will not be eligible for any refund unless we are able to re-rent the villa for the same dates, in which case a full refund less 25% cancellation fee will be made
