Additional information
- A deposit of the 60% is required to make a reservation.
- A refundable security deposit will be required at time of stay.
- The balance payment must be paid in full 60 days before your arrival.
- A reservation made less than 60 days will require full payment at time of booking.
-The security deposit less any deductions permitted under the agreement shall be returned to Customer within 10 days after the end of Customer’s Time of Stay.
Cancellation policies:
a) Made more than 90 days prior to arrival date; Penalty: forfeit 25% of rental price
b) Made between 30-90 days prior to arrival: forfeit 50% of the rental price
c) Made less than 30 days prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of the rental price.
Note: 100% of the security deposit will be refunded upon any cancellation if owner and/or agency are able to rent the unit for the same rental period, the reimbursement of forfeited payments less the rental price difference for new booking the same date will be provided.
