"Bitan HaBad" is a modern family oil press which is located in Moshav Yoshivya (farm no. 15 ) in the western Negev.
Our oil press specialized in producing cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil by modern means.
We are open to the public for making oil from October to January and our visitor center is open to visitors all year round.
The establishment of the place in 2004 was a dream come true for Shmuel Bitan, the owner, which is an agronomist and farmer by profession and has extensive experience in all areas of agriculture.

Our olive oil "Carmei Negev" has a quality mark from the Plants Council and has passed the most stringent standards of the Ministry of Health and Environment. It is also Kosher.
You can get our extra virgin olive oil in our boutique shop, and there are also shipments till the customer's home.

Participating in the harvest, experience in the preparation of olive oil in the ancient olive press, preparation of scented candles and soaps and more..
