Belize villa vacation rentals : Villa 3 has five bedroom and 4.5 bathroom that is artistically detailed with beautiful, locally crafted hardwood furniture and brightly colored artwork in an elegantly rustic design. The interior offers clean contemporary lines and delivers a true indoor/outdoor living space steps from the beach.
The first floor has a large living space area to the front. Just outside is a verandah to enjoy the evening’s cool Caribbean breezes and a small private pool. To the rear of the first floor you'll find two bedrooms that share a bathroom. One room offers a double bed and the second bedroom offers one single and one trundle bed.
A large living and dining area that flow together and extend out onto a broad circular veranda that overlooks the Caribbean Sea are on the second floor. The spacious gourmet kitchen has perfectly planned spaces for entertaining while preparing a meal. This large modern kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances. There is formal seating for eight persons and a breakfast bar that can sit five persons. Just outside on the porch of the second floor is also a small breakfast table that can sit four; perfect for sipping on a coffee and enjoying the sunrise.
On the second floor are two other bedrooms. Both bedrooms offer a queen size bed; each with ensuite bathroom.
On the third floor sits the very spacious master bedroom with a king size bed. This large unit has an ensuite bathroom.
Bedding configuration - 1 King, 3 Queen, 1 Twin, 1 Trundle (2 Twin).
Ready to get out and explore? Villa 3 has its own kayaks (with lifejackets) for your use along with bikes. While there are only a few bikes available your concierge can be contacted via the provided cell phone to deliver more. In the tropics, rainy days are just another excuse to get outside and have fun but, if you must, there's a TV with a DVD player.
It's a connected world these days and many of us need to stay connected no matter where we are. Villa 3 has broadband WiFi in all rooms.
Concierge services are available before and during your stay to make arrangements for private chefs, provisioning, spa treatments (both private at the villa and at a spa), diving, fishing, snorkeling, Maya ruin tours, helicopter tours and many more.
If you’re looking for a wedding destination there’s no finer place than this one. When you combine Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3, you have more than enough accommodation for your wedding party and if you need more space we can book additional rooms at the neighboring resort. Your concierge is well connected with all of the major wedding planners that cater to Belize and will work with you to find the perfect match. Ambergris Caye is also home to award winning photographers to capture your special moment.

Let us pass on that experience and book you a private chef for that special night, or every night if you wish... Private chefs are in high demand so please do let us know upon booking and we'll make it happen.
- Daily Maid Service : Daily or occasional maid service is available payable directly to the maid. For scheduling reasons daily maid service must be requested prior to arrival.
