Belize villa vacation rentals : Villa 1 has four bedroom and 5 bathroom and is artistically detailed with beautiful, locally crafted hardwood furniture and brightly colored artwork in an elegantly rustic design. The interior offers clean contemporary lines and delivers a true indoor/outdoor living space steps from the beach.
This villa features:
- Large, open living spaces : Three stories with a tropical atrium and sweeping custom crafted spiral wooden staircase. Spacious gourmet kitchen with perfectly planned spaces for entertaining while preparing a meal or have a private chef come and take care of meals for you. Large living and dining area that flow together and extend out onto a broad circular veranda that overlooks the Caribbean Sea.
- Four Bedrooms: Expansive master suite with king size bed, sophisticated armchairs and private beachfront veranda that delivers uninhibited panoramic ocean views. An oversized second bedroom with king size bed with a private veranda that overlooks the pool area and mature foliage. Two additional bedrooms with queen size beds, sharing a large connected veranda with views of the pool area and mature foliage. A double sofa bed is in the master suite to accommodate larger groups and families.
Each bedroom has a private en suites with walk-in showers decorated with iridescent glass mosaics.
Ready to get out and explore? Villa 1 has its own kayaks (with lifejackets) for your use along with bikes. While there are only a few bikes available your concierge can be contacted via the provided cell phone to deliver more. In the tropics, rainy days are just another excuse to get outside and have fun but, if you must, there's a TV with a DVD player.
It's a connected world these days and many of us need to stay connected no matter where we are. Villa 1 has broadband WiFi in all rooms.
Concierge services are available before and during your stay to make arrangements for private chefs, provisioning, spa treatments (both private at the villa and at a spa), diving, fishing, snorkeling, Maya ruin tours, helicopter tours and many more.
If you’re looking for a wedding destination there’s no finer place than this place. When you combine Villa 1, Villa 2 and Villa 3, you have more than enough accommodation for your wedding party and if you need more space we can book additional rooms at the neighboring resort. Your concierge is well connected with all of the major wedding planners that cater to Belize and will work with you to find the perfect match. Ambergris Caye is also home to award winning photographers to capture your special moment.

- Chef Services - We've all lived here a long time and we know who we'd like to cook for us if we had a private chef. Let us pass on that experience and book you a private chef for that special night, or every night if you wish... Private chefs are in high demand so please do let us know upon booking and we'll make it happen.
- Daily Maid Service - Daily or occasional maid service is available payable directly to the maid. For scheduling reasons daily maid service must be requested prior to arrival.
- * One complimentary 4 seat golf cart is provided for stays of 7 nights or longer. Fuel for the cart is not included.
