The Villa (2 villas)
Both villas are not only two houses but as a private area with pool, jetty and other fun stuff like paddle boards, barbecue, hammocks etc.
This land and the villa is located and integrated into the residence. You can close the doors of the fence for total privacy. Or, you can open the doors to enjoy the services of the residence, restaurant and swimming pool.
Each villa has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The villa size is 100 square meters with an additional 30 square meter terrace. The construction and furniture meets the high European standard and style. Most of the interior, like the kitchen and sofas, have been imported from Germany. The same goes for all the equipment. We wanted to make it perfect. No ugly wall mounted TV screens but a large HD flat screen with blue ray player.
We are not far from Bandaranaike International Airport its only 20 minutes drive. Although we are close to city we were able to protect the natural environment just for you. Ging Oya River is home to many birds and you can enjoy water sports in the river. We can arrange an adventurous boat trip in River or in Sea. Activities such as boat trips and fishing can be enjoyed since there is a water sports centre adjacent to the hotel.

Fantastic location if you like morning walks in nice villa surroundings (no shops/restaurants). Big pool area with a big and well maintained swimming pool. Great space on grass for children to play. Restaurant by the riverside. Very helpful staff and if you are lucky they have a reception or a wedding during your stay so you feel part of the Sri Lankan way of celebrating.

Amazing place and the hosts are even better. They are so kind and sweet! The location is perfect between the two main beaches and close to all the facilities but without being in the busy area. Very chill place and the house is BEAUTIFUL!! You have all the equipment needed and also an outside shower.
