Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
1B Suite is on the second floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and has an en-suite full bathroom that includes a walk in shower. The master bedroom has beachfront ocean views and its own private side veranda as well as access to the main veranda.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds which can be used separately or that can be joined to make a king size bed, twin bunk beds, ample closet space, and en-suite full bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom offers a king size bed with a large closet space, and a full detached bathroom.

Minimum Stay : 3 Nights Low Season | 7 Nights Peak Season and 5 Nights High Season.
Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

We had an awesome vacation last week. Jessica and the team kept the Condo in wonderful shape and the resort is even better than the pictures! The island of San Pedro is amazing and the food was even better. We did some island excursions over to Belize City, fly fished in the ocean, cave tour on tubes, visited ruins, swam with sharks, relaxed, swam in the pool and also took the Kayak out to the reef. You can literally snorkel the barrier reef from a kayak off the shore from this resort! I would recommend you get the golf cart for the week when you book, as this helps to get into the town and is a fun adventure. The food in town at the restaurants is expensive, but well worth the cost! Bikes are good for a day or two, but you will want a golf cart. Thanks again for everything and making our week wonderful! Stayed April 2017 Great place for couple or family : Had a great time here. Good pool and beach. Jessica does a great job taking care of the guests and we felt very welcome. Walking distance to some good dinner spots like Rojo Lounge and Matachica. Also very close to Mata Grande....the only grocery store on the north side.
