Belize vacation rentals : These homes are located in a luxury resort at Ambergris Caye. All accommodations has a large fully equipped kitchen, large covered verandas, luxurious furnishings and a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Sea and the Barrier Reef. San Pedro Town is close enough to enjoy the entertainment and restaurants of the city, but far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. You can enjoy this resort's white sandy beaches, diving and snorkelling, swimming pool, lush gardens and gymnasium on site. You can also have, if you wish, a massage service, fine wines and a private chef.
1A Suite is on the first floor and has a broad sweeping veranda with unobstructed views of turquoise Caribbean Sea. You can enjoy a relaxing afternoon reading a book, looking out to the second largest Barrier Reef, or falling asleep to the gentle breezes. Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are perfect for families with children or couples.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk in closet, and has an en-suite full bathroom that includes a walk in shower. The master bedroom has beachfront ocean views and its own private side veranda as well as access to the main veranda.
The second bedroom offers two twin beds which can be used separately or can be joined to make a king size bed, ample closet space, and en-suite full bathroom with walk in shower.
The third bedroom offers a queen size bed with a large closet space, and a full detached bathroom.

Minimum Stay : 3 Nights Low Season | 7 Nights Peak Season and 5 Nights High Season
Payment & Cancellation Policy :
A deposit of 50% must be made when you make your reservation. (Secure your reservation with a credit card.)
For reservations made 60 days or less from date of arrival, full payment is required.
The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. This will automatically be charged to your card on file.
Full refund (minus 15% handling charge) if canceled more than 60 days prior to arrival during regular season. Full refund during peak season if canceled 90 days prior to arrival (minus 15% handling charge).
Peak seasons are; Dec 18-Jan 7th , the first three weeks of March, and 1 week before and after Easter.
No refund for no-shows or for unused portion of accommodations.
There will be a 15% handling charge for all refunds.
A refundable $350.00 security deposit is collected on deposit, at time of booking. The deposit may not be used to pay expenses incurred during guest stay.

Just looking at the architecture is a delight. Unconventional, earthy, graceful and impeccably maintained. Condo suites are elegant without being fussy. They are FUN to be in, and everything works. This is truly top-end in every way. Liked the little gym, loved the pool. The pier is a great place for watching the sunset and for fishing. Location is private and a little secluded but still within a short walk or ride to lot of things to do, places to eat and drink, etc. 20 minutes to town. Town is fun, but staying there would not be our choice. It is too noisy. Glad to go in and have a party evening but to return to our condo afterwards where we can have a peaceful night. Advise that you have the unit provisioned before you arrive. You will be glad you did. After you get there ask Jessica to send the tamale man over to your unit. There is also a food cart that travels the neighborhoods mostly providing food for construction workers, but they can come to the condos too. really good local food for cheap (under $5 US for a really big lunch). We liked walking to Rojo for drinks and pizza. Also highly recommend driving down to AkBol for inexpensive and very good food served al fresco. Best coffee on the island is at Marbucks. Stayed July 2017 Family vacation in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye : The condo had everything you needed from home. It was an exceptional stay! My family had a wonderful vacation. Jessica went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. You must have a home cooked meal from Deona from Belize Culinary: curry chicken, citrus shrimp, mango tango wings, coconut rice and flan was superb as well as the chef Deona and Paul. Another must snorkeling full day with Serious Adventure was great with Tiger, Paul & Jose: we saw many fish, beautiful coral, nurse shark, sting ray, dolphins and a huge turtle. Don't forget ziplining & tube caving in the mainland. Finally, Go Fishing with Josh and Ricky where we caught our own fish, had the best BBQ and snorkeling. It was a great experience for me and my family, sorry we couldn't stay longer, but will be back!
