Belize vacation rentals : This villa is located in a resort at Ambergris Caye, that is the most popular holiday destination in Belize. You will feel the atmosphere of the Caribbean and Belize, in elegance and luxury. Guests can relax on the private beach, at the pool, snorkel in one of the top ten world dive sites, or go exploring the sunny Caribbean and visit Mayan ruins. This spectacular 3 levels villa, surrounded by palm trees and a beautiful sandy beach, facing the turquoise Caribbean Sea, has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 people.
Ground floor: From pearly white sand only a few steps will lead you to a beautiful wooden veranda and to the principal entrance of the TV room, where you will find a comfortable sofa, and a jacuzzi for two. There is also a beautiful powder room. Near the TV room, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, perfect for teenagers or children. There is also a full bathroom. The washing machine is in utility room at the back of the villa.
Middle floor: In the living room you will find a leather sofa, ottoman, deck chairs, a large antique coffee table, a buffet and a wooden dining table from the 18th century which can accommodate 10 people. The kitchen is also located on this level. To the left of the living room, you will find the family room furnished with a sofa and a beautiful coffee table and an adjoining enclosed porch with an Indonesian area overlooking the tropical pool. In this room is an amazing stone office. To the right of the living room, the master bedroom will fascinate you with its wooden beams, mahogany bed, antique armoire, wardrobe, enclosed veranda with hammock, and a spacious bathroom with a large shower and a large pouf to relax.
Third floor : The gigantic master bedroom have a double bed, an antique desk and its chair, and a bathroom with a large shower. Guests have access to two beautiful sunbathing on the terrace, enjoying the stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and the coral reef.

Stayed December 2015. Is a wonderful location that is outside of town but is quiet and well appointed. We had a large family group and it was great for all of us. The villas are elegant and thoughtfully decorated. The service from Ana was excellent and professional. Highlights were the many lovely spaces indoors and out in your villa to enjoy the location as well as walking proximity to some cute bars and restaurants (Jamaican bonfire nights were fun). They have access to all the trips and services you need. You need to rent a golf cart to get to beach, town and support shops (and they are fun on the rough roads). Be aware that the mosquitos can be very aggressive and also my only minor complaints was the daily maid service was patchy and they never cleaned the floors in 7 nights and were erratic at replacing towels. Also maintenance was not always great as had a few plumbing & HVAC issues and the dishwasher broke and was not repaired while we were there. Other than that was great.
