Our villa is located in Canggu, Bali privileged place that has managed to protect rapid and disorderly constructions, it overlooks the river Jeh Poh and is 800 meters from the beach.
Close to the beach, in the middle of rice fields, the villa lives between land and sea while staying close to the busiest cities.
With friends or family, our villa is the ideal place to discover Bali at its best face.
The villa consists of 5 rooms with fan, dressing room and bathroom:
- 4 rooms with king size beds (200x200), 3 of them have a private garden.
- 1 bedroom with twin beds (100x200cm) with a private garden also.
It also benefits from a living area and air-conditioned entertainment room with flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player and an iPod dock in the living room.
The Living and dining room are comfortable for 10 people and a bar area. The kitchen is contemporary and upscale, fully equipped with among others 2 fridges / freezers and chilled mineral water fountain.
Outside is a pool of 20x4 meters with loungers and parasols. A barbecue area and a teak terrace around the pool.
The gardens with 6 lotus ponds and a garage can accommodate 2 cars.

Booking conditions:
- 60% deposit of the total stay to confirm your reservation.
- The balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation and no show:
- If the cancellation is made more than 90 days before arrival, 10% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before arrival, 20% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the total amount of your booking will be charged.

The villa is amazingly beautiful with superb decoration, no doubt you're Bali where everything is beautiful. You will fell at home straight away with very comfortable amenities and the pool is very enjoyable (the deck need some repair though but nothing to disturb your stay). All single person in the staff is attentive and soooo nice, they love children, very efficient, they will take care of you and your family / friends to have an unforgettable stay like we had !

We stayed for 6 nights - 2 families with 6 children under 10. The villa was perfect - open plan living with loads of space and places to tuck oneself away. The bedrooms were spacious and well maintained with good linen and towels. Made, the villa manager and chef, was superb. He is a great cook and turned out fabulous food, beautifully made and presented. His white fish with coconut cream in banana leaf was a standout. We have stayed in loads of villas in Bali over the years and this one was easily the best that we've been to.

A beautiful villa in lush surroundings. Perfect for a large family group or 4 couples. Walking distance to some fantastic restaurants, a short scooter ride to Canggu. Laneways nearby make for stunning early morning walks/runs in the rice paddies. The staff at the villa go above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable.
