You enter the apartment on street level with a private entrance. From the hallway you can access the first twin bedroom on your left. This room can also be prepared as a double bed.
From the entrance a staircase leads to the first floor. On your left you will find a very spacious living and dining room with a fully equipped luxury kitchen. A dining table for 6. The lounge area has 2 large sofas, one of them is a comfortable sofa bed with a proper 18cm thick matras. The living room has 3 French windows that look out on a very characteristic cobblestoned street that is very quiet. The kitchen area is spacious with a large working space and with induction burners.

From the living room you can access the first independent bathroom that has a large shower, sink, wc and bidet. Before entering the bathroom there are large closets where you will also find the washing and drying machine.
Next to this bathroom you can enter the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and overhead shower.
