Belize Vacation Rentals : This beautiful 4 bedrooms villa consists on 2 floors, and is located on the beach in front of the Caribbean Sea. Its originality comes from the architectural details of the house, who were inspired by ancient traditional colonial houses - Belizean simple elegance, spacious floor plan, large porches with mahogany chairs hand-carved, of wooden windows and doors with stunning views of the Caribbean sea.
This fascinating seaside-conditioned house can accommodate up to 6 people on the first floor and up to 4 on the second floor. It's the perfect beach house for families or groups of friends who want to be together !
The main floor includes a spacious lounge with a flat-screen TV, a kitchenette which is open to the dining room, a spacious bathroom with double sinks and shower, and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed facing picture windows , offering exceptional view of the Caribbean Sea. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which can also be replaced with a queen bed, depending on your needs. There is also the possibility of adding an extra single bed.
The second floor includes a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining room and a comfortable seating area with cable TV, a spacious bathroom with shower and two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. On the balcony of this level (or the one of the first level), you will have view of the Caribbean Sea, and you can also watch the beautiful sunsets, from the spacious back porch.
This villa can be rented as a whole or in two distinct levels according to your needs. This house is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the porch.
