This is a beautiful, brand new villa on a quiet strech of beach just outside of the Mexican village of Puerto Morelos.

The location feels like a remote oasis, but is just minutes away from great places to eat, drink and play. Whether you prefer to lounge around the pool and beach all day, or make the short trip north to Cancun, or south to Playa del Carmen or Tulum, you are sure to find just what you are looking for.

The villa has three large bedrooms each with private, marble baths. The open floor plan is perfect for hanging out with friends and family, yet the villa is large enough to allow everyone some privacy. The dining room table seats 8 comfortably and flows into a spacious living room with views to the pool and ocean.

The kitchen has everythying you need if you choose to do some entertaining, or if you have someone come cook for you!

There are also pool floats, toys, games, coolers, CDs, and DVDs. Literally everything is brand new .

A caretaker lives on the property and can arrange whatever you need including daily meal and childcare services.
