Villa is a brand new villa (350sqm) planned for large families and friends, up to eight persons, with three large beach and sea facing bedrooms.
Daily Maid Service, cook half day, gardener, pool maintenance, general maintenance
On ground floor the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom.
On first floor the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom
Also on the first floor, the third bedroom with mezzanine with four sleeps and private bathroom.
The living room features armchairs, sofas, chairs and lunch table,flat screen
The kitchen is fully equipped .
The laundry is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer plus all necessary equipments.
Outdoor wooden tables and chairs are available on the front terrace. Three large sunshades are available on the beach in front of the pool, together with eight deck chairs that can also be used on the terrace.

YOU BET WE WILL BE BACK! We had utter bliss for our 2 week holiday at the Grand Villa for 8! The kids used the pool on a daily basis which allowed us adults to be around the house and not always having to guard at the beach. The house is very well equipped with all you need to have a fantastic vacation. The location is superb! Close to the grocery shop, lovely restaurants, best beach up in the north and watersports! Mr Bertrand's staff is ever so lovely and organised! The gardener cut coconuts for us every day! I mean seriously? Paradise. Thank you Mr Bertrand! We will return. We had a lovely holiday with our children and their two friends. Great space to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The house could not be in a better location with a beautiful view of the sea. Lots of water sports available right on the beach. The house has everything you need, with the help of Sadhana and Brinda. They were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was laid out every morning, with pancakes waiting for us. Delicious curry was made numerous times for our evening meal. A little supermarket is within walking distance to pick up all you need. Very nice touch of embroidered towels and robes left in all the bathrooms. Thank you

Maison confortable et bien décorée sur une magnifique plage très prisée, Un grand merci au personnel de maison et mention spéciale à Kelly qui nous à régalé avec ses bons petits plats sans oublier les très bonnes crêpes .entretien de la piscine tous les jours .Endroit ideal pour les activités nautique et le shopping .

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour au mois de novembre 2022 dans cette villa. La maison était telle que décrite sur le site, au calme, plage privée et piscine à disposition. Proches des commerces , superbement située. Accueil parfait.
