GENERAL LEASING CONDITIONS :
Our apartments are available from Saturday to Saturday or from Sunday to the next Sunday.
The apartments are available from 4:00pm and apartments must be freed at 10:00am on the day of departure.
Our prices are net, on the basis of 4 people per apartment.
The apartments are non-smoking;
Animals are not accepted.
The residence offers private parking (1 parking space per apartment).
Rental of bed and bathroom linens included in the price.
A guarantee deposit of 1800€ is also requested upon provision of the keys.

L’accueil très chaleureux, l’emplacement du jamais vu, on est sur l’eau. L’appartement très bien équipé, on est au petite soin pour nous. Conciergerie a dispo 7j/7 qui essaye de répondre à toute nos demandes. Le restaurant à proximité très bon et toujours avec un personnel sympathique, très appréciable vraiment. La piscine chauffée c’est parfait en hors saison quand l’eau de la mère est a 18°C La plage à 5 m est très jolie, une vraie carte postale Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux et très bon Nous y reviendrons bien volontiers Merci pour ce sublime séjour

L'accueil et les au-revoirs très agréables. L'appartement meublé sobrement et qualitativement avec un'emplacement idyllique. La propreté du lieu et le bel état du bâtiment. La possibilité d'être en contact avec la récéption en cas de besoin, facilement. La tranquillité et le calme parfaitement adapté à notre famille.
