This luxury villa is located in a secluded, slightly elevated place, surrounded by a wonderful countryside, from where you have a fantastic view of the sea. The house has a landscaped, large pool area as well as a beautiful sauna. The well-equipped kitchen and a large living room, invite you to a cosy get-together by the fireplace, which is situated on the first floor. In the splendid dining room, you can taste the local food specialties and you can enjoy the nearby surroundings. For bookings for more than a week, you must pay SEK 500 extra for pool cleaning.
A 50 metre-long footpath leads from the holiday home to the nearby area, where you can swim and fish. In winter, you will find the cool water refreshing, after the sauna. Just 150 metres from the house you will find the ferry, which will take you to the place called Sund. This place is located on the island Härön, where you can go hiking or fishing and also jump from cliffs and swim.
