Exquisite villa in a fabulous position between the famous town of Sorrento and the renowned Amalfi coast. Beautifully furnished in modern designer style, the villa has two spacious terraces which enjoy spectacular views of the azure sea and islands of Capri and Ischia beyond.

The villa, which is part of a 19th Century building has complete privacy and its access via its own gate and entrance. A highlight of the villa its beautiful large terrace which extends around the villa therefore enjoying a spectacular 180° view of the blue sea and islands beyond contrasting perfectly with the Mediterranean whitewashed style of the villa. The owners of the villa are particularly interested in modern design and this is reflected in the tasteful style in which they have furnished the interiors with each piece carefully chosen from famous European designers, creating a sophisticated yet comfortable atmosphere and a light and airy feel.

The ground level of the villa has a large living area as its centre piece. This has two sets of patio doors opening onto different areas of the large terrace which, as well as enjoying amazing sea views, is furnished with table and chairs , sun loungers and also has an outdoor shower. The living room itself has a comfortable sitting area with settees and dining area with table and chairs. On the same floor is a small kitchen and a lovely double bedroom with en suite shower room. On the first floor is a second double bedroom and a bathroom. This bedroom which has a characteristic sloping ceiling opens onto its own terrace area enjoying beautiful sea views.

The villa has the added advantage of its own parking space approximately 50m away. There is also the possibility to use the swimming pool of a nearby hotel within walking distance of 500m from the villa (by prior arrangement payable locally). The sea is just 700m downhill from the villa where there are public bathing facilities with bathing jetty, swimming pool and parking (payable locally).

The villa is situated in a perfect position just 2 km away from the little village of Massa Lubrense which has a selection of shops and restaurants and only a 4.5 kilometres from the famous town of Sorrento with its shops, cafes and restaurants. Lovely whitewashed towns such as Positano and Amalfi built loftily on the hillsides close by.
